Submit your proposal

If you wish to submit an application to participate in the conference titled “Digital Commons: Infrastructures, Design, and the Ethics of Autonomy” and submit specific proposals, you will be redirected to a Google environment (Google Form), where you will be asked to provide the following information:
Full name, email, information related to your work, abstract of your proposal, short bio, Job Title / Role, Collaboration with the Institution, Country, Panel Proposal and Justification, and contact details for the individuals you propose as panel participants.

The purpose of collecting the above personal data is to evaluate the proposal you submit—which may concern either an individual paper/contribution or a thematic panel of speakers—and subsequently to communicate with you for the effective organisation of the conference.

The collection and processing of these data for these purposes is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data of the persons you propose as panel participants are requested so that we may contact them and obtain their own consent, after first informing them accordingly.

Your data will be retained for five (5) years, for documentation purposes related to the evaluation of your submitted proposal and the Programme in general, and will also remain available to the event co-organisers, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to: info@digicommons.org. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

If you proceed to the submission form, you consent to the use of the personal data you have provided, in accordance with the above information.
